Article Snippet: For monitoring the activity of Wnt/β‐catenin signaling pathway in the cultured cells, the pGL4.49 that contains a T‐cell‐specific transcription factor (TCF)‐lymphoid enhancer‐binding factor (LEF) response element and the pRL Renilla Luciferase Control Reporter Vector pRL‐TK was purchased from Promega Co. (Madison, WI, USA). pGL4.49 was transfected using Lipofectamine 2000 in HCC cells growing to 70% confluence along with pRL‐TK following siRNA transfection.
